1. General conditions

Welcome to SkyRent Georgia. These Terms of Service govern your use of our services and website. By booking or renting a car from SkyRent Georgia LLC, you agree to these terms.

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website. By continuing to use the services, you agree to the changes.

2. Requirements for tenants

To rent a car from SkyRent Georgia, you must meet the following requirements:

2.1 Age requirements

Minimum age: 21 years and older (for all vehicle categories).

2.2 Driver's license

• A valid driver's license with at least 2 years of driving experience

• An International Driving Permit is required if the license is not in Latin characters.

• The original driver's license must be presented upon receipt of the vehicle.

3. Booking and payment

3.1 Reservation

Reservations can be made through the website, by phone, email, or in person at the office. Reservations are considered confirmed upon receipt of payment or a valid payment authorization.

3.2 Prices

Prices may be quoted in different currencies; upon payment, the amount will be converted at the official exchange rate of the National Bank of Georgia on the current date.

Unlimited mileage (unless otherwise stated)

24/7 roadside assistance

All applicable taxes

3.3 Security deposit

The deposit amount is determined individually for each vehicle and is blocked on your card upon receipt of the vehicle.

4. Lease agreement

The main rental agreement is signed upon vehicle pickup. This document, along with the inspection report, constitutes the legal agreement between you and SkyRent Georgia.

5. Restrictions on vehicle use

The vehicle must NOT be used:

• For the transportation of illegal goods or passengers for a fee

• For towing or pushing other vehicles

• Persons not specified in the lease agreement

• Under the influence of alcohol or drugs

6. Insurance and liability

All vehicles are insured. The renter is responsible for the use of the vehicle and any damage in accordance with the terms of the rental agreement.
