1. General Terms
Welcome to SkyRent Georgia. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our car rental services and website. By making a reservation or renting a vehicle from SkyRent Georgia LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To rent a vehicle from SkyRent Georgia, you must meet the following requirements:
2.1 Age Requirements
Minimum age: 21 years and above (for all vehicle categories).
2.2 Driver's License
- Valid driver's license held for at least 2 years
- International Driving Permit required for licenses not in Latin alphabet
- License must be presented at pickup in original form
3. Booking & Payment
3.1 Reservations
Reservations can be made through our website, by phone, email, or in person at our offices. A reservation is considered confirmed upon receipt of payment or valid payment authorization.
3.2 Pricing
Prices may be listed in different currencies; however, payment is converted using the National Bank of Georgia’s official exchange rate for today.
The price includes:
The vehicle is insured
Unlimited mileage (unless otherwise stated)
24/7 roadside assistance
All applicable taxes
3.3 Security Deposit
The security deposit amount varies by vehicle and will be blocked on your card at pickup.
4. Rental Agreement
The Master Rental Agreement is signed upon vehicle pickup. This document, along with the Vehicle Inspection Report, constitutes the legal contract between you and SkyRent Georgia.
5. Vehicle Use Restrictions
The vehicle must NOT be used:
- For transporting illegal goods or passengers for hire
- For towing or pushing other vehicles
- By any person not authorized in the rental agreement
- While under the influence of alcohol or drugs
6. Insurance & Liability
All vehicles are insured. The renter is responsible for the proper use of the vehicle and for any damage according to the Rental Agreement terms.
