Booking & Reservations

Making a reservation is easy! You can:

  • Visit our offices in Tbilisi, Batumi, or Kutaisi.

Yes, you can modify your reservation up to 24 hours before the pickup time. Changes may include dates, vehicle category, or extras. Please contact our support team to make adjustments.

We offer flexible cancellation:

  • Free cancellation: Up to 48 hours before pickup.
  • 50% charge: Between 24-48 hours before pickup.
  • Full charge: Less than 24 hours before pickup or no-show.

Requirements & Documents

Upon pickup, you'll need to present:

  • A valid driver's license (held for at least 1 year).
  • Your passport or ID card.
  • A credit card or cash for the security deposit.

Yes, the driver must be at least 21 years old (23-25 for some luxury/SUV categories) and must have held a valid driver's license for at least 2 years.

Pricing & Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and cash payments (GEL, USD, EUR). The security deposit can be blocked on a credit card or paid in cash.

Yes, a refundable security deposit is required for all rentals. The amount typically ranges from $200 to $500 depending on the vehicle category and insurance selection.

Insurance & Coverage

All our rentals include Standard Insurance (CDW) with a deductible. We also offer Full Insurance packages which reduce the deductible to zero and cover tires, glass, and undercarriage.

Pickup & Return

Yes! We offer delivery to Tbilisi, Kutaisi, and Batumi airports 24/7. Just provide your flight details during booking, and our agent will meet you at the arrivals hall.
