Refund Policy

This Booking Cancellation Policy describes the rules for cancelling an online reservation and refunding payments made to SkyRent.
It is intended for individual consumers. Legal entities/entrepreneurs may be subject to different terms under the relevant contract.
Scope of application
This policy applies to payments made for online reservations on the website. The security deposit and any deductions for damages/additional costs are governed by the rental agreement and vehicle handover/return reports.
Withdrawal from the contract (online booking)
Within 14 calendar days from the online booking/payment date, you may cancel your booking without giving a reason, provided the service has not yet been provided (e.g., the vehicle has not been handed over).
If the rental has already taken place, any refund (if applicable) will be considered under the cancellation terms shown during booking and in the confirmation message.
How to request a refund
Write to us via the Contact page and provide the following information so we can identify your reservation:
- Booking date
- Reservation number
- Name and surname
- Phone number and/or email used for booking
- Proof of payment (receipt, invoice details, or transaction reference)
Timeframes
- We process refunds no later than 14 calendar days from receiving your cancellation notice.
- We may request additional information to verify the payer and the reservation details.
- The final posting time depends on the bank/payment provider.
Refund method
As a rule, the funds are returned using the same payment method that was used for the payment and to the account of the person who paid, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
When a refund may be limited or unavailable
- The service has already started (the vehicle has been handed over) and the booking terms do not allow a refund.
- Mandatory information is missing and we cannot identify the reservation or payer.
- Amounts arising under the rental agreement (e.g., damages, penalties, tolls, additional services already provided) may be deducted where justified.
- If you explicitly requested immediate performance of a service and acknowledged loss of the withdrawal right where applicable.
Important notes
- Keep all booking and payment documents until the refund is completed.
- Vehicle condition is documented at pickup/return; disputes are handled based on those reports and applicable law.
- If the issue is related to a defect or service quality, we may handle it under warranty/consumer rights rather than withdrawal.
